These terms govern your use of dhrive.company (the Site) and the dhrive desktop app (the App), provided by Dhrive Labs (we, us). By using them, you agree to these terms.

What dhrive does

dhrive is a macOS app that runs the AI coding CLIs you install and sign in to yourself (such as Claude Code, Codex and Antigravity), and local models through Ollama. For each request, one CLI and model writes a plan without editing files, and another carries it out inside your project folder. You are responsible for your use of each CLI and model under the terms of its provider.

Your responsibilities

• You need your own installed and signed-in CLIs, or Ollama for local models, to use dhrive.
• You are responsible for the changes the code step makes in your projects, and for reviewing them before you rely on them.
• You agree not to misuse the Site or App, interfere with their operation, or use them for unlawful purposes.

Your code is yours

We claim no rights over your projects or anything the models write in them.

Price

dhrive costs 1,500 $DHRIVE a month or 12,000 $DHRIVE a year, after a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are paid in $DHRIVE, settled on-chain, and can be managed from your account. The CLIs and models you use through dhrive are billed by their providers, under your own plans with them.

Third-party services

dhrive relies on tools and services that you provide or that we use, including the CLIs you install and their AI providers, Ollama, GitHub, Netlify and Supabase. We are not responsible for those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

Beta

dhrive is in beta: it is still being built. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and the Site and App may contain bugs, slow down or stop working at times. Keep your own backups of anything important; dhrive can save each company to your GitHub, and we recommend turning that on.

Disclaimer

dhrive is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. AI-generated plans and code may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing and testing them. We do not guarantee that any run will succeed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhrive Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of dhrive. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using dhrive at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
